Dockside Realty Ltd. is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage on Pender Island.  Our team are all long time islanders and have lived on Pender Island as far back as 1981.  Sherrie (our managing broker) has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990.

Team Minded Approach

Most real estate brokerages are home to a number of independent Realtors who all compete against each other for clients.  At Dockside, we take a more team-minded approach to Pender Island real estate.  We work together to provide our valued clients with exceptional service at all times, from all of our agents & support staff.
